- Rework Policy is only applicable for service issues related to workmanship. If there is any problem with spare parts or material, same will not be covered under Rework Policy.
- Any kind of functional issue reported within warranty period post completion of work will be inspected by the service provider and if workmanship issue is identified, rework will be provided without any additional cost.
- For any issue reported post the warranty period, the same needs to be booked as a fresh order and standard charges will be applicable.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In special case if customer requested for refund Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refundable amount will automatically credit to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 Working Days.
